I’m Luca — a Product Designer shaped by years of working in social-impact and collaborative spaces. I design by listening, clarifying and giving form to ideas that need direction, structure and a steady narrative to stand on their own.
I craft user-centered digital experiences that blend research, clear communication, and thoughtful design. I research the purpose behind each product or brand to translate complex social and technical topics into clear narratives and visual strategies. My work spans from product voice & tone to content architecture and video editing, ensuring every message lands with intention and clarity for its audience.

I combine planning, organization, and teaching to guide teams from concept to launch through clear objectives and achievable milestones. Combining agile planning, structured support, and inclusive facilitation, I help multidisciplinary groups and trainees achieve clear goals and build lasting skills.

Product design
and communication strategy
Ruta de Empresas y Derechos Humanos (LATAM)
I led the product design of a multi-layer platform for AVINA, CERALC and UN Human Rights (OHCHR), bringing together resources, courses and community features. Working closely with the client, I defined the architecture, user flows, filters, community structure and core features, and aligned the UI with the product vision. The result is a centralised hub that transformed a fragmented research field into an accessible, actionable toolkit for human rights defenders across LATAM.
In parallel, I developed the communication strategy—voice and tone, content structure, key messaging and narrative map—making a highly technical topic understandable, approachable and actionable for its audiences.
UX / UI Design
South Feminist Future
The Knowledge Hub was the core of the project—a platform for feminist researchers and activists to curate and access critical knowledge. I designed the end-to-end experience: navigation architecture, interface components, and the data structure powering content management. Beyond the platform, I designed key pages like the Manifesto and institutional landing page to ensure visual cohesion across the site. Working directly with the founding team, I aligned on content strategy and led usability testing to validate the experience. The work unified a fragmented digital presence into a cohesive ecosystem for a global feminist community

Semillero
I co-designed Semillero, a large-scale intercooperative platform built from the ground up alongside multiple cooperatives from FACTTIC and the Argentine National Institute of Associations and Social Economy )
My work covered the full product cycle: research, definition of core features, user flows, information architecture and UX design. I coordinated closely with developers to understand technical constraints and translate them into feasible and accessible solutions, ensuring the platform aligned with gender-inclusive and accessibility-oriented principles.
